Negligence: Death of a fetus due to lack of treatment, complaint to DM

The fetus died due to lack of treatment at Community Health Center (CHC) in Etmadpur, Agra. The victim’s husband has complained about the case to the District Magistrate and the Deputy Collector.

It is alleged that the employee from CHC had bought Glbs from him. He did not get treatment if he did not bring it. SDM stated that notice has been sent to CHC. Action will be taken after investigation. Anil Chauhan, resident of village Burjangi in Etmadpur, has sent a complaint letter to DM Prabhu N Singh. It is written that on May 18, his wife Guddi Devi (32) suffered childbirth.
Informed the hope of the village. The ambulance was called and taken to CHC in Etmadpur. Where the wife was already undergoing treatment. It is alleged that on being taken to the hospital, the health worker present there asked to buy the globs from the market. If globs were not found in the entire town at night, he refused treatment. Whose complaint was made by calling SDM. Still untreated.
When the condition worsened, he was taken to a private hospital in Agra. Where doctors described Guddi’s condition as critical and the death of the child in the womb. After this, they gave birth to a dead child. It is alleged that the child has died in the womb due to lack of treatment at CHC. In the case, SDM Jyoti Rai said that a notice has been issued to CHC. Action will be taken against the guilty by conducting an investigation.
