Agra: The market will open only seven hours in the city, there will be sanitation in weekly detention

City markets in Agra will open for seven hours. They will have three shifts. Each market committee will decide according to its need, by meeting with officers, which shift it needs. There will be an even-odd formula in every market.

The market will open six days a week but no shop will be open more than three days. Three days will open on the right and three days on the left. DM had issued instructions to open the market from June 3.

This decision was taken in the meeting of the police committees constituted at the magistrate level on Monday. In the circuit house, DM Prabhu N Singh and SSP Bablu Kumar spoke to the police committees on Wednesday from the work plan to open markets in areas other than the Containment Zone in the city.
DM told that every market will be able to ban the weekly in its own way as before. The entire market will be sanitized on the week of captivity.

Traders will decide the day and time.


DM told that the markets will open and close with an interval of one hour. When and at what time the market opens, these police committees and traders will decide together. There are 15 police committees in the city.

These shifts will be

  • First shift from 9 AM to 4 PM
  • Second shift from 10 AM to 5 PM
  • Third shift from 11 AM to 6 PM

All manufacturing units will open six days a week,

DM Prabhu N Singh said that all types of product manufacturing units will open six days a week. There is no three-day rule like the market for these. In all factories, factories and other manufacturing units, it is mandatory to apply face masks, distance of six feet from one person to another.

construction, repair and relaxation

DM said that no permission is needed now for the construction, repair, renovation works in the city. Masons, Labor are allowed to work. Building materials will also be available. He said that now the nearby ban is over. There will be no need for a pass to get somewhere.

Kotwali Dawa Market, Hing Ki Mandi, Motiganj, Bhairon Market, Belanganj, Sitaram Market, Kachhari Ghat, Gudri Mansoor Khan, Mall Market, Peepal Mandi, Shahganj, Kappi ki Mandi, Bhogipura, Kheria Mor, Lohamandi, Baldev Ganj, Rajahmundi Bazar, Madia Katra, Jaipur House from 11 am to 6 pm
Rawat Pada, Daresi Number One, Two and Three Retail Shopkeepers, Jewelers Markets of Bazaar, Kala Mahal, Rajendra Market, Moti Katra and Sadar area

From 12 noon to 7 pm-
Kotwali Sarafa Bazaar, Kashmiri Bazaar, Cloth Market, Subhash Bazaar, Salt Market, Deresi Number One, Two and Three Wholesale Shop, Barber market, other markets including bullion 

Mantola will not open markets here  , Ram Nagar Pulia to Shankargarh Pulia, Petha Bazar, Opposite Gyaspura, Prithvi Nath Gate, Barah Pillar, Nagla Chhaua, Nagla Fakirchand

Weekly  Bandhi-
