No more than five customers will be collected at one time. The shops will be opened at a fixed interval with an even-odd policy. The time and interval of the market will be determined by the police committees.

In the fifth phase of the lockdown, District Magistrate Prabhu N Singh has issued new exemption orders in the urban area on Sunday night. No exemption has been given in 41 contests considering the entire city as a red zone. Only essential services will be restored here. There will be a roster to open the market at police station level. The opinion of traders will also be taken. Committees shall be independent of every decision regarding the market.
The District Magistrate said that it would be mandatory for everyone in the market to wear masks, keep sanitizers and keep a distance of six feet from one person to another. The customer will be given the goods from outside. Apart from these, city bus service will start in the city. The same ride will sit on one seat in the bus. Without a face mask passenger will not be allowed to board the bus. 

15 police committees made for markets


Kotwali, Hariparvat, Sikandra, New Agra, Chhatta, Etmaduddaula, Mantola, Lohamondi, Jagdishpura, Shahganj, Rakabganj, Sadar, MM Gate and Nai Ki Mandi police station have 15 committees in the city for all the markets falling in the area. Each committee will comprise a magistrate, a GST officer, station in-charge and civil defense warden, as well as local market officials. All the police committees will be trained on Monday.

If the rule is broken, the shop will be closed for three days.

The District Magistrate said that if a shopkeeper in the market does not follow the social distance rule, then his shop will be closed for three days.

Government employees will come in three shifts

The District Magistrate said that all government offices will be opened with full capacity of employees. Employees have to come in three shifts. The first shift will be from 9 am to 5 pm, the second from 10 am to 6 pm and the third from 11 am to 7 pm. Put on all masks, keep sanitizer nearby.

They will get a discount

  • All types of restaurants will be exempt from home delivery.
  • Sweets can be sold, but the customer will not sit and eat.
  • There will be weddings, 30 people will be able to come, all the processions will open.
  • One day a week, street vendors will be installed at the designated place.
  • Hospitals will be allowed emergency operation and treatment.
  • All parks will open from 5 to 8 in the morning and 5 to 8 in the evening.
  • Sports complex and stadium will open for players.  
  • It will be allowed to bring milk, vegetables, etc. to the city from the countryside.
  • All types of home delivery will be done through e-commerce.
    All Aadhaar Service Centers and Public Facilitation Centers are allowed to open.
  • In four wheelers, only two rides can sit except the driver.
  • All government, private employees will download the Arogya Setu app.
  • One ride will run on two wheelers, helmets must be given at a discount when the second ride is female.
  • Passes will not be required to go in or out of the state.

  • all hotels and guest houses 
  • cinema halls, gyms, swimming pools
  • amusement parks, bars and auditoriums
  • all kind of group activities
  • ice cream, pan masala, gutka
  • all religious places and activities
